Friends of White House Farm is the ongoing community of visitors to the garden in the past and future. Friends receive information about open days and events via our bi-annual newsletter.
To join the Friends of White House Farm, ask us specific questions about WHF collections, reserve a space for an Open Day, or request other dates for group visits, send us a message.
Visits
Tours of 10-30 people, including refreshments, are available from Wednesdays through Saturdays. We offer guided tours led by your interests and questions, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Gift-Aid donations are welcome: most people contribute around £15. State the number in your group, your preferred dates and times of day (morning or afternoon or both) OR email us to reserve a space in one of our upcoming Open Days:
Sunday March 30th (magnolias, camellias etc)
Wednesday April 9th (magnolias, camellias etc)
Saturday June 14th (rose species etc)
Wednesday June 25th (hydrangea serrata etc)
Saturday August 23rd (hydrangea aspera etc)
Open Days start with coffee/tea from 10am, with short talks introducing the garden and collections at 10.30, and guided tours setting off at 11. But you are welcome to join us later if preferred – there will be further discussion over tea at 4pm.
